SMS: the monthly allowance covers reminders, marketing and two-way messages. Unused SMS don't roll over; beyond the allowance each SMS is 10¢.
Staff: a bookable staff member is anyone who can take bookings — turn that off for someone and their seat drops automatically. Teams of 8+ get a custom quote.
Payments: in-store checkout has no platform fee. A 1% fee applies only to payments your clients make through the customer app or booking page, deducted from your payout — your clients are always charged the full amount, and there are no new-client fees.
Changing plans: upgrade or downgrade any time. Downgrading never deletes your data — features lock, records stay.
